I’m baaaack! Sorry haven’t blogged AT ALL the last week, I’ve had family from the states visiting which I only knew about a few days before their arrival (they were flying over for a wedding elsewhere and were stopping over briefly in London). Being one of the few bloggers who don’t have dozens of posts in draft with everything already scheduled (I prefer to work a bit more organically, writing about whatever I feel like writing about each new day), it sort of messed everything up for me as I didn’t have time to myself, let alone to blog, at all! It was so lovely seeing my little cousins though, of all the places we took them to see/eat/drink, they were most excited about Nando’s – as that’s Niall’s from One Direction’s favourite place to dine, obv. Bless ‘em. One Direction OBSESSED they were.
Anyway, here are a bunch of products that I’ve started using the last few days, that I will continue to keep using religiously for the next two weeks to see how they fare. I’ve been trying to trial the Peptalash, a product to increase length, thickness and fullness of lashes in just two weeks, for ages but I kept messing up and forgetting to apply it either morning or evening. Now I’ve started recognising it semi-automatically as another skin care treatment to use twice a day I reckon I might be able to do it properly – 2 days in and so far so good! The Coppertone Sensitive Skin Sun Sunscreen Lotion with SPF50 was a gift my darling Aunt (from the states) bought over as she knew I had been trying to get hold of some – bless her! I’ve also been only using this the last couple of days and so far LOVE IT. You can wear make-up over it, doesn’t feel heavy or sticky, makes skin feel smooooth and most of all, hasn’t broken me out or clogged my skin! But I do get that it’s early days and things could still change, so don’t want to jump the gun.
Another product I don’t want to jump the gun with but desperately want to rave away about is the Nip+Fab No Needle Fix Serum. OMG, as soon as I had applied this product my skin felt like silk!!! Every product I’d used after performed so much better, and my skin would glow after applying all my creams and lotions. I have to put it all down to this product, as I had been using pretty much the same skin care set- up the last few weeks and my skin has never responded so well until now. I had thought that maybe it was the Coppertone Sunscreen I had used that would leave it so silky feeling, but then I realised I got the same results in the evenings too, when I hadn’t used the Coppertone. So yes, whilst I understand I’ve only been using it two days, I genuinely feel this is maybe holy grail shizzle, guys… ! But let’s wait at least two weeks on this before confirming, yes? To see full results reaped, etc.
So those are all the products you can expect reviews on in the next few weeks, Peptalash is still working away and I can’t comment at this point on its effectiveness, but everything else I have super high hopes for based on first impressions.. Exciting!
