Believe it or not, this isn’t actually an exclusive to press/artists/DJ perk, there’s a new option on the Skullcandy website called Aviator Edit which allows everyone to design their own set of Skullcandy Aviator headphones in the comfort of their own home! Whilst the Skullcandy Aviators are meant for studio and general daily use, they can actually also be used by professional DJs who prefer not having completely blocked out background noise when playing out or staying in to practice.
This is the set I designed when I was down at the Hoxton Art Gallery with the Skullcandy team last week, like it?
I tried to resist being completely cliché with the whole ‘girl DJ’ thing and avoid using the colour pink, but I just couldn’t do it. It’s simply too awesome a colour. They should be with me in 7-10 days, so will of course post plenty of pics of my 100% Lina customised Skullcandy cans when they arrive, and will let you know about the quality and usability then, too. So excited – they’re gonna look amazing and have heard brilliant things about the Skullcandy Aviator sound quality! Eek!
FYI: In case you didn’t already know or hadn’t guessed from this post, I DJ!
