OMG, have been doing SO much shopping recently, not all entirely from Topshop despite what recent posts are indicating, however this coat is from Toppers and I love it!
It’s an oversized parka with the all important fur lining. I had spotted it in Topshop last week and just fell in love with it on sight, unfortunately none of my sizes were in stock so I went home and made the purchase online. At the time I thought it was pricey at just under £100, but now I actually think it’s not too bad as it’s quite classic in design and will last several AW seasons, I reckon.
It’s meant to be oversized and for that reason I kept the size 6 after ordering both Petite Size 4 and 6 to see which fit best (I snagged the last of both – sorry!). Whilst the 4 fit great, and if there was no other option I would have been more than happy to have kept it in that size, I felt the 6 was probably better for the style of the coat; nice and oversized with a strong silhouette! Plus it’s roomy enough to wear over big jumpers, etc. Winter is approaching, after all!

I’m a little bit on edge at the moment, I ordered loads of fancy lighting equipment last week and it transpires it was delivered to the wrong address two days after I ordered it! The wrong address people actually went to pick it up from the sorting office as they weren’t in for the initial delivery – cheeky bastards. Absolutely fuming, and annoyed as I’ve now been waiting TEN DAYS for something and it’s holding up all my work and plans, but hopefully it will be sorted out soon as I bought it via Amazon – always a safe choice for exactly things like this! Just a frustrating nightmare though.
Hopefully seeing Sinister tonight… Oooh, scary! I saw Taken 2 at the weekend too and that was enjoyable, although admittedly a total cheesefest that had become a bit of a parody of the original. To be expected I guess, with such an epic film like that.

I love this! I was so torn between which Topshop coat to buy the other day from the petite section! I ended up going for a navy fur lined one, but this one looks so warm and cosy! It really suits you as well!

if i take 6 normal do you think ii is super big? i’m 160cm…..
