I basically haven’t done any gift idea posts, as I rather selfishly didn’t think to do any as my family don’t really celebrate Christmas. I love the idea of giving and receiving gifts, but seeing as I tend not to get any, what to buy other people never plays on my mind. HOWEVER, I have received a couple of things over the last few months from various xmas collections which I thought I’d compile for you today in case you’re off to do some last minute shopping and are stumped for gift ideas. Admittedly, some of them I haven’t even tried but I included them as I can imagine other people liking them, some however I think would make absolutely smashing gifts and whole heartedly recommend!
SMASHBOX STUDIO POP FOR LIPS AND SMASHBOX STUDIO POP FOR EYES*
A cutesy tin holding five full size limited edition glosses in the lip collection, and four eyeliners and one mascara in travel size in the eye collection! At about £20 each, they make gorgeous gifts for the gal into her make-up and are really good value for money!
SLENDERTONE FACE*
This is actually one of the more expensive items I’ve listed and would be perfect as a bigger gift for someone special like a mum, perhaps? I’ve been using it for only a few day but I’m really excited for what it’s potentially going to do in firming my facial muscles and thus correcting my angular facial shape. It’s currently £50 off for xmas, so whilst not cheap, it’s cheaper than it usually is for this limited time!
BLISS BERRY BUBBLY CHAMPAGNE DUO*
I’ve only started getting into Bliss and really like all the products I’ve used so far, this is a gorgeous, luxury bath and body set in full product sizes that’ll be sure to go down a storm with the lush ingredient and fragrance combination.
SKULLCANDY NAVIGATOR HEADPHONES*
These just launched a few weeks ago and I am already a huge fan! They’re much cheaper (and smaller) than their big bro Skullcandy Aviators which I featured on here recently, so they’re not so ‘in your face’ when you wear them out and can also be tucked away in a bag and pocket more easily once collapsed. Skullcandy headphones offer superb sound, come in a range of colours and this one in particular is very reasonably priced at £84.99.
BUTTER LONDON LIPS & TIPS*
This might be showing me up as a bad beauty blogger but I’ve never ever tried Butter London before; shocking, isn’t it? This randomly popped through my letterbox a couple of months ago (how did they get my address? Some PR mysteries I’ll never understand – not complaining though!), and it’s simply a lovely little lip and nail set that would make an ideal smaller gift. This is the Frilly Knickers clear, shimmer shade, but if that’s not your cup o’ tea they have tons of others in similar duos.
NIP + FAB CHILL-OUT BATHING SET*
When it comes to value for money, you will not do better than this Nip + Fab Chill-Out Bathing Set, priced at only £15 you get three bath and body products, a candle and a shower puff! The box is really big too so it looks proper fancy when you wrap it up and give it someone, too!
