On Wednesday VO5 very generously took me, Emma and Lily to see Ellie Goulding at Brixton Academy! I love a good gig, and actually have both of her albums so was really excited about seeing her play for the first time..
We met at the Dogstar (where I used to be a resident DJ, incidentally!) and had a few drinks before sprucing ourselves up with the VO5 GIVE ME TEXTURE range and heading down to the venue. I’ve used a fair few bits from this range already and absolutely LOVE the VO5 Give Me Texture Tousled Style Spray*, it’s amazing for giving you tousled, textured locks without making your hair into a knotty mess. You can also keep applying it as the days wear on, and it doesn’t build up horribly, just refreshes your beach-hair style!
A product I hadn’t tried prior but did on the night was the new VO5 Give Me Texture Dry Texturising Spray* – a product much like a dry shampoo, but more! You spray it in dry hair to give it texture, bounce and ‘grip’, perfect for styling and finishing hair.
I literally only took two photos on the night (the rest of the pics are from VO5′s twitter!) as I kind of forgot about taking pics once Ellie came on, but it was great night and am so grateful that VO5 invited me!
