You know it’s been a good new year’s eve when you’re still not fully recovered from it two days on.. I didn’t actually do anything that big, just went to a small house party with Zoe, Lily, Katie and Dal and we didn’t even arrive till quarter to midnight! Just in the nick of time. No one cried and there was no drama so I class that as a success!
As I mentioned in my last post, I had ordered a dress from Miss Selfridge especially for the occasion. It arrived on the day and unfortunately, despite being a Petite 6 was too big, long and baggy on me. 
In the end I just wore an old slip dress of mine and some clunky heels, and it was actually fine for where we ended up going.
Really excited for what the new year is going to bring, first task of the year is sourcing a beautiful illustrated new journal/dairy for 2013. Yup, again, like we were literally late to the party on NYE, I am well late in getting my diary for this year. Gonna spend the rest of tonight scouring the ‘net for something that fits the bill.. And after that I might think about resolutions and all that.
