I got this lipstick quite recently and it is a VERY bright, neon pink. If you’re looking for luminous, fluoro lippy in a wearable shade, look no further!
Application
Like all Barry M lipsticks I’ve tried, the formula is fantastic, matte but creamy. It really adhered well to my lips, and the matte finish worked amazingly with the neon shade. A couple of swipes straight from the tube was all I needed to make my pout fluorolicious!
Verdict
Love it, lasts really well, fairly comfortably and stays put during drinking and eating. You can reapply a good few times without your lips getting to that slightly awkward dry stage – what I always recommend is to take the whole thing off and put a slick of lip balm on for a few seconds then wipe/blot that and reapply if you do get to that point. Much better than just adding more lippy on top of the old, dry layer.
I’ve said this time and time again, I truly believe Barry M lipsticks are without doubt the best on the high street, the pigment is utterly fantastic and on par with many higher end name brands. The good thing about this lippy in particular is that you can wear it bold with a few swipes, as I have demonstrated in the pics, or you can blot it or just apply it more sparingly, and it really does look very pretty by just giving a subtle pop to your make-up! A surprisingly versatile shade, but admittedly you do need a some guts to pull it off – not one for the meek.
