I was sent this back in November for review purposes, having got on fabulously with their beauty serum of the same range I was eager to see if this product would offer equally outstanding results!
This eye cream caters mostly for puffiness and dark circles. Admittedly, I don’t really suffer from either but I guess there is a teeny bit of darkness around my eyes which I get from wearing my glasses occasionally. It’s actually nearer the inner corner of my eyes (between the eye and the nose) than the under eye itself but still the eye area nonetheless! Since trialling this product religiously for the last 4 months, morning and night, I can vouch that there has been some improvement with darkened pigment under my eye, but really nothing to stop me from reaching for the under eye concealer altogether. While I have to admit that I haven’t noticed any amazing results (possibly partly to do with me not having puffiness or excess dark circles in the first place?), it is a pleasant product to use and nourishes my partial to dryness skin. I haven’t noticed eye make-up slipping off more often because it’s too rich, but possibly on oilier skin that could pose a problem, so please bare this in mind. It doesn’t come with an SPF (bad) but one little pot of this will probably last you a year if not longer! I’m not kidding. It really is the most amazing value for money. Getting the product out from the teeeny hole of the pot can be a little tricky (you will undoubtedly dip your finger in too much product) but I honestly have gotten used to it now and it doesn’t bother me in the slightest anymore. Would I repeat buy? Hmmm, possibly. As I don’t technically need it it would be kinda pointless in me continuing to buy this. However the fact that it is such good value for money and you wouldn’t need to buy another eye cream for a year makes it very appealing. Ideally I would just go for something that catered more for fine lines and wrinkles (the BANE of my life), but if puffiness and dark circles were my priorities, yeah, I reckon I would repeat buy.
