Despite already having at least ten not even half used bottles of various brands of hairspray, I couldn’t resist picking up this whilst on an innocent trip to buy cotton wool! Partly because it was pink and mostly because it said “Volume”!!
Any girl worth her hair styling salt knows there are horses for courses and different hairsprays for different hair styles, so I have one for strong hold back combed hair, one for gently holding straightened or curled hair and the list goes on and on. However, I genuinely think this is actually a great cross genre hair spray!
Application
What can I say, a light mist all over to hold the style, a more concentrated shot at the roots for back combing, in a nutshell.
Verdict
Probably my favourite hairspray from the Elnett family, it has great hold and doesn’t do that awful thing with your fringe where it makes it greasy from too much product. It keeps my hair nice and dry, holds volume and style adequately well and doesn’t build up too excessively. But if it does, being Elnett you can always brush it out if you feel you’ve made your hair too stiff. I carry the small size one in my bag and it is a great strength product for on the go. Really happy I impulsed purchased this!
